Hello Future Clients, I am Rashad, licensed master barber with over 20 years of experience. Come on in to a family friendly environment to include a relaxing atmosphere with top tier professional service. I am an independent barber located in the Phenix Salon Suite in Jefferson commons shopping center, steps away from the all of the local retail stores. I am proud to be the favorite for locals to get a great haircut, not to mention having a clean environment with sanitary practices that will have you feeling comfortable and confident you are safe from any infection. Here at Cutz Onduhlevel I listen closely to clients requests and will give you the best cut for your image. Beginning January 2nd operation hours are 4pm to 730pm Tue-Fri.
