The Junior Barber Academy (JBA) is a youth mentoring program for ages 10-19 and adults, focusing on barbering education. We teach both technical skills, including identifying clippers, cutting techniques, understanding hair textures, anatomy of the skull, and the business side of barbering such as professionalism, salary details, and history. Additionally, soft skills like communication, self-confidence, time and money management, creativity, and emotional intelligence are integrated into our courses. From group projects to individual instruction, we offer comprehensive training for budding barbers.
