Above The Cut was create by Eugene Ferro aka "Heavy or OG. He was a lover of God and ALL of God's people. The Name "Above The Cut" was given to him from God because of the experience each person received when sitting in Eugene's chair. As he cut your hair, you would receive words of encouragement, love, a word from God, and booming laughter. Eugene has now passed on and left the mantle to carry by his sister, Yolanda and nephew, Kendric. The name has now been changed to "Heavy's Above The Cut" as Eugene is now in a better place and watching over us from above.
