All appointments must be ACCEPTED !!!! All Clients have a 5 mins grace period to be late, After 5mins a $5 late fee will be charged. IF 15 minutes late, the appointment will be CANCELED and the Customer will be REQUIRED to pay $20 (cancelation fee) for the slot before booking Future APPOINTMENTS!!! NO- SHOWS must pay the FULL-service price before booking another appointment. $2.50 will be charged for a CREDIT CARD !!!!!!
