Barber and Business Academy Our mission statement is based on three concepts that begin with the consonant M: Mastery, Making Money Moves and MEN-U. HBBA’s conceptual framework rests on three core principles: (1) Mastering the finite skills of barbering, (2) Making Money Moves that lead to creating more personal fiscal accountability, and (3) MEN-U (Men Eating Naturally U)—a mindfulness effort to bridge the gaps in health disparities in communities that are concentrated where black people live.
